Be careful, risk! Phoned up this company and enquired about tickets. Their staff started contacting me via WhatsApp instead of via the official channel which I thought was weird. They told me all tickets are refundable and changeable without cost. Then proceeded to send me terms the exact opposite of this. I had the corrected in the terms over a series of conversations. Then finally got to the payment, they wanted me to send payments to their bank account and would not accept card. It's a scam!

Never trust this agency you can be cheated, no value of their words. You will end up calling them and they will try and prove u are the one who is lying. I booked ticket to India with them asking for 27/07/2023, deposited £150 as they asked for it, there staff Emma confirmed everything with me and then said I will have to pay remaining on 20th May 2023 or they will not be able to hold it. Early in the morning on 20th May I receive a call saying you have to pay it by 2pm or we will not be able to hold it so I sent them the whole amount including their 125 service charge additional. Now I receive a ticket for 25/07/2023 which was not the one I paid for hence spoke to the staff why are you cheating me you took the whole amount and changed my dates on your own. It seems like they are planning my journey, well I had no option in the last minute and I am going for 25th. But this is absolutely cheating the customers, please dont pay the whole amount until you receive your tickets. One star just because I received a ticket for a journey scheduled by them, no my choice.
