I've worked for Targeted Provision for 18 months; it has been my main job for the last 6 months, and I have been very happy with my job and the support I get. The staff are always friendly, supportive, and understanding. I have regular students with whom I have built great working relationships, and who are an excellent match for my skills. There is no stress, very little admin, and I am trusted to be a professional and make my own decisions when & how to teach, and my efforts are appreciated! Training is excellent, and there is support there for resources if you need it. Would definitely recommend!

I have been registered with TP for more than 6 months and have not been offered a job. I received 3 job opportunities either far away or as soon as agreed, they would just not reply to the email again. Online training re safeguarding etc was great, but what is the point of it if there is no job...?

Targeted Provision is such a great company to work for! I have been tutoring with them since the beginning of 2022 and I am really pleased with how supported I feel. The staff are all fantastic and so eager to assist and provide support. The online Targeted Provision is very easy to use and stress-free. I feel really supported and trusted to work with the children I tutor. I highly recommend working for this company!

My experience of working as a tutor for Targeted Provision has been great. The staff are welcoming, experienced and professional. They provide high quality training and technical support. Online tutoring was easy to set up through their system and is flexible for the parents/guardians and the tutor. Highly recommended!

I have been working for Targeted Provision for several years and have found them to operate a very thoughtful, caring and professional organisation. If I ever have a question concerning any aspect of my work with them, be it a concern about a student or any other type of question I get a swift and helpful response. I have been very impressed with the professional support that they offer including on-line training and especially their rapid response to any safeguarding concerns that I may have.
