Edwards assisted with my 5 bedroom house move with full packing. Was extremely stressed about the whole house move situation with delays in our chain and moving such a large property. With so many companies to choice from I was not sure who to pick but decided on Edwards as the move plan which was quoted made sense. Even though it was split over more days than other companies I didn’t want to risk trying to rush everything and after seeing it done first hand I’m glad I picked this company as they made the move go so smoothly and can’t thank them enough! If I ever need to move again I will be sure to come back (Hopefully never as I wouldn’t be able to deal with the stress of a chain and solicitors)

The team who turn up to do the packing is always excellent - I have used them 4 times over 25 years. However, having moved in the summer 2020 with everything going into their storage, they feel comfortable charging me double - twice the amount that it cost to pack and move from my previous house, two long days work - to take and unload my belongings from storage in a single day and justified it because the 125 mile journey was 'a long way to go' I feel completely taken advantage of and will never use them again.

We contacted Edwards Removals for a quote. A virtual inspection of the property was arranged a few days later. During the inspection I showed the flat and answered some questions. Got told a quotation will be sent over in a few days. Never received anything. The company operates under two different brand names, so it's probably worth spending some time checking reviews for both to have a better picture.

I have worked with Edwards over ten years on 7 moves and 3 separate storage requirements. The teams are super professional, they take personal care and attention when packing and moving all my items - and I had a lot of art and quite fragile furniture. In addition the team in the office are so helpful and handle all the details. I have also used the unpacking service and the ladies so professional and helpful and really thoughtful on where they place items. Great people at a great company, highly recommend!
