STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE OUT OF POCKET. These people ruined my kitchen . They brought inexperienced and unprofessional labour. We paid £250 got vinyl fitting and they did not do any good work . They cut uneven and my whole kitchen looks like a child played with the flooring. They left under my cooker no flooring even though we paid for it. When we confronted the manager she said it’s not our problem. The flooring was not even stuck on properly just with cheap glue and they don’t respond to any complaints. Also when they moved our fridge they made scratches and dents in our floor and doors. It was a very bad job and now I am out of pocket. SO DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE IT IS A SCAM.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY THING FROM HERE ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! I bought vinyl from here and paid a lot and got scammed. We had floor fitted and it was rubbish work. The man did not glue down the flooring properly and left it sticking out in corners. Everything is a mess . The floor was not cut properly , all uneven and all my floor and doors are damaged and scratched from the moving of appliances . They hired someone for cheap and did a child’s job. I am out of pocket now and the manager does not want to reply to any messages or complaints. So please I don’t wish for anyone to purchase anything form here as the work is horrible

I bought carpet for my whole house. A year later the carpet is not soft and fluffy. Its flat and rough, such bad quality. They cut the doors uneven that now one door has caught on the carpet as it opens and closes and has ruined the carpet completely. When I confronted the manger she said that we requested the doors not to be cut too short and that is was our fault it was ruined. If I was our fault then all the doors would be too long- which isn't the case. The rest of the doors are cut fine because that's the length we requested. It's just won't door that is uneven and so has ruined the carpet. I wouldn't recommend. I now need to recarpet that room as it looks awful.

Definitely recommend this shop ! They have some beautiful carpets in there..Excellent stuff and man who know what he's doing-very quick fitting ! We've got already 3carpets with soft thick underlay from these guys and we love it! J+J

Lovely well mannered staff . We didn't purchase from here but we were guided through options and left with a sense that this is a place to come back to if you are looking for flooring.
