I have been training with Paul for about 9 months now. I have seen huge progress in my strength and fitness, all achieved with a smile on my face. Paul's sessions are always challenging and varied and he knows exactly how to motivate me to keep pushing myself. Training sessions with Paul are a highlight of my week.

Paul’s a great bloke all round, awesome trainer and genuinely nice guy. I’ve been training with Paul for a few weeks now and have lost inch’s on my body measurements and KG’s on the scales. I have noticed huge improvements to my strength and overall fitness in just a few weeks. Would absolutely recommend training with Paul to anyone, regardless of their current fitness levels.
